About the event
Editorial Director of Fiction Caroline Bleeke joined Flatiron in 2014, at the very beginning of the fiction program. In addition to helping shape the vision and strategy for our fiction acquisitions, she publishes a list of literary and upmarket fiction, with an emphasis on underrepresented voices, family sagas, coming-of-age stories, historical fiction, fantasy crossover, clever retellings, innovative structure and style, writing with a strong sense of place, and lots of heart.
